Application
1. Remove any previous gasketing materials from mating surfaces.
2. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of loose materials, dust, grease, rust and other contaminants.
3. Remove the cap from the tube and pierce the seal with reverse side of cap. Attach extension nozzle which can be cut to desired bead width.
4. Apply a continuous bead of silicone to mating parts, making sure to surround all bolt holes.
5. Assemble parts and allow to cure. Material dries tack free within 3-10 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours.
6. After use allow excess sealant to extend beyond extension nozzle to cure. To reuse, remove the cured plug from tip of extension nozzle.
