MUST Thread locker Red

Description
MUST Thread locker Red is a high strength, anaerobic thread locking compound. It is designed for locking threaded fasteners that require disassembly with standard hand tools. The product performs on aluminum, steel, plated parts, stainless steel, and special alloy parts. It exhibits good temperature and is solvent resistant.

Areas of Use
Lock and seal fasteners, and set screws.
Used in applications where shock and vibration may cause the fastener to loosen.

Method of Application
1. Clean all threads  and allow to dry.
2.Shake the product thoroughly before use.
3.To prevent the product from clogging in the nozzle, do not allow the tip to touch metal surfaces during application.
5.For Thru Holes, apply several drops of product onto the bolt at the nut engagement area. 
6. For Blind Holes, apply several drops down the female threads into the bottom of the hole. As threads are engaged, compressed air forces the product upwards into the threads.
7. Assemble and tighten as usual. When tightening to established torque values, torque compensation is not required.456.
   
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at temperatures between 14°F (-10°C) to 86°F (30°C). 
Shelf life is 2 years from date of manufacture when stored at 72±8°F (22±4°C)
