Description

MUST PU Sealant 9108 is a one part moisture curable polyurethane adhesive sealent without solvent . It has more excellent adhesion on glass and metal, it is most suitable for bonding windshield in the automotive industry. It functions good on automotive windscreen, windows and scuttles

Application

1.Before application, be sure that joint surfaces are clean, dry and free of all contamination · 

2.Apply sealant evenly, If necessary, use masking tape and remove the tape while the sealant is still soft.

3.Joint width/depth ratio should be 2:1 

4.If necessary, use back up material to adjust joint depth

5.Sealants should adhere to only two surfaces of the joint: Use backer rods and bond breakers to facilitate.

Storage

When stored in the original unopened containers at or below 90°F (32°C), it has a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.

In Countries where high heat and humidity are a factor, special precautions must be taken. Store product in a covered, well-ventilated warehouse and avoid excessive heat conditions. Storage in high heat, high humidity conditions may reduce shelf life by up to 30%.
