Directions for use with Filler powder
1.Make sure damaged area is clean of debris and dry. If needed use
supplied sand paper, razor blade and masking tape to clean and mask off the area to be repaired.Included glove can be worn to protect against glue contacting skin.
2. Start by applying glue directly to working area.(For larger holes that go straight through, tape the bottom side of the hole and follow instructions)
3. Apply filler powder on top of glue until all the glue has been absorbed into the powder and dry powder appears.Continue alternation between glue and filler powder until the repair area has been filled. Several thin layers are better than one thick layer. It helps to guarantee a consistent welding powder to adhesive ratio throughout the repair.
4.Wipe or blow away any remaining dry welding power.
5. Repair is now complete and ready to be sanded, drilled or painted to complete the repair.Material can also be screwed into, drilled and threaded.
6.Make sure not to dip glue nozzle into filler power. This may cause glue to neutralize.
Clean up:
1.Make sure to keep glue nozzle clear. Wipe off nozzle and replace cap after each use. Use included pin to keep the nozzle opening clear,
2. Acetone is effective at removing 7 Second Glue from many surfaces. For immediate clean-up of wet adhesive use any cloth material dipped in acetone. If the adhesive has dried it cannot be simply wiped off the surface. The area will need to be soaked for at least one hour to release the adhesive. Check that the material of the surface will not be affected by Acetone.
3. If you get some 7 Second Glue on your hands, you can use acetone right away. When dry, 7 Second Glue will flake off from the skin in a matter of hours due to natural oils and moisture present under the adhesive. To speed this process wash your hands in very warm soapy water. The dried adhesive will then peel away over the course of the next few hours.
Warning: Keep out of reach from children.7 Second Glue contains cyanoacry-late aster which is a combustible vapor or liquid. Also an eye and respiratory tract irritant. Glue will bond to your skin or eye in seconds. Avoid contact with clothing as it can cause burns. Use with adequate ventilation and eye protection.Get immediate attention for eye contact. If ingested do not induce vomiting, seek medical attention.
